need help on self filing I-140 9611302006-02-27 00:55:24

Please help me.

I paid the lawyer $1,000,then i decided to do it myself.I got LC approved last week.
I am going to file I-140.I am in Eb2.
Question 1:
I am not sure which petition type I should check .

Question 2:
Should I need to submit the experience letters from former employers?
My LC's position does not need any experience.I do not see this is a required evidence in the instruction of I-140.
