I am F1 OPT and have a full-time job. Can I change F1 to H1 in Canada after Apr.1 when I will be landing Canada for maple card? How risk? What is the consequence? Why I am thinking this:
1.I knew some F2 went to Mexico to change F2 to F1 and got it.
2.My small company can only provide some necessary documents, but they don't want to process my H1 visa. If I can process in Canada, I might save some money.
