I filed I-140 and I-480 to CSC on 09/01/2005, so far nothign happened to the I-140. The I-485 was updated twice and I was asked to do medical exam. Is this the reason that they haven't processed my I-140? My understanding is mediacl exam should have nothing to do with I-140 processing, am I right? Thanks for any input.
