approved on 8/28/2005
* went back china twice in April and September, had to apply h1b twice in Shanghai as it was over 3 months interval.
140/485/131 to California center
filed on 9/13/2005
AP(131) approved on 10/18/2005
140 approve on 02/27/2006. today!
485 still waiting for the available visa number.
* went back china using AP in January.
I would say my case is pretty smooth, except for 485, which might take forever as my recent priority date. hehe… wish to give a reference to friends here.
Green card application is tough. But we still need to lead our life and keep the hope!
