Please read this before you answer this question:
"Recently, Congress determined that employers must attest that they will offer H1B visa holders the same benefits as their other workers. This includes health, life, medical, retirement, stock options and bonuses." from http://www.h1base.com/page.asp?id=49 section 3.
I am contractor and the company just pay me the salary and does not support 'health, life, medical, retirement, stock options and bonuses'. Does that mean I does not or only have few chance to get H1B visa?
Could you tell me how to get H1B successfully, like prepare a good application material(how?)
