求救！我自己在做PERM申请。为了省钱，没有登周日版招工广告。现在给DOL揪出来了。怎么解释啊？我要是说我做了在线广告，员工REFERRAL，和专业组织广告行吗？承认没做周日报纸广告是不是一定不行啊？
另外一个问题，拒绝信上说The expiration date for the Prevailing Wage is either less than 90 days or more than 1 year from the date the prevailing wage determination was made. Per 656.40©, the prevailing wage is invalid and the application denied. 这个expiration date到底什么？我本来放了三年后的一个日子，因为想合同得有三年呢，放短了不是不够吗。
