I filed 140 and added my hu*****and name in.
currently my hu*****and is in china.
1)when he apply visa on the consulate in china,
he should fill yes or no for the question in I156 form
(has anyone ever filed an immigrantion visa petition on your behalf)
2) if he answer yes, can he apply H1-B visa in china? How about H4 visa or B1 visa?
