I submitted my GC application last September to VSC and haven't heard anything back. I already got EAD although I am not planning to use it. Right now, I am holding H1 sponsored by academia, but my fund got discontinued so I have to move. I am having an offer from a company now, but can't work because of H1. What are you going to do if you were in my shoes? All your helps are highly appreciated.
