The EAD card of my wife, whose status is H4 and I-485 pending, will expire soon. I did file an I-765 application by e-filing and got the e-receipt. Here is the list of documents I plan to send to USCIS:
1. Receipt of application
2. A cover letter claiming that based on I-485 pending, and the previous EAD will expire soon, therefore need to renew EAD.
3. A copy of I-797 receipt of filing I-485 to prove I-485 pending status.
4. A copy of I-94 (front and back)
5. A copy of current EAD (front and back)
6. Two passport photos
Is this OK?
I also want to know, does she need to file a copy of I-797 receipt of her H4 status?
Could we schedule the appointment to take finger prints, digital photo at our local USCIS office by infopass?
