1,My name check is pending by FBI (so bad), which I was told by officer at USCIS yesterday. How can I get the processing information from FBI?
2, My 485 is pending, my wife and daughter are planing to use AP this summer. what documents they need to bring with them to enter USA withtout any problem. 3,If my H-1 is extended next year, do they still can or need to renew their H-4, or they loss H-4 status since they use AP.
2, Do I neede to fill out form DS-158 (contact information and work history fornonimmigration visa applicant) for my parents' visa application? Has anyone had experience for his parents's visa application recently.
