Expired date of renewed EAD? MyTT2006-03-07 18:39:39

I just renewed my EAD(485 pending) and got it in 10 days. The effective date is the approved date (2006.2) instead of the expired date (2006.5) of my old EAD. So, I lost 3 months. Why?

Did you put the starting date in May when renew?
