Sorry I cannot type Chinese now.

My passport will expire in May, so I will have it renewed soon.

And my company will apply H1B for me. I submitted the copy of my old passport to our secretary. Now I am wondering is this OK? Will the expiring passport have any bad effect on my H1B application?

It's better and safer to renew passport then do H1B
