我是美国公民，帮妈妈在美转身份.

妈妈在2月22日Pingerprint for I485(green card) 和 I765(work permit)。 妈妈于前几天已收到work permit了。但今天却收到pingerprint中心寄来的信，内容如下：

You have requested to have your fingerprint appointment rescheduled. Your appointment has been rescheduled for the ......

我很不明白，
1)我们并没有requested to reschedule our appointment. 为什么会收到这样的来信呢？
2)如果说2月22日的pingerprint 没有通过的话，为什么我们会收到work permit呢？
3)这样一来，会影响GREEN CARD的进度吗？
