曾经用了OPT, 就不能在申请了吗?
那边www.istudentcity.com上有这样一段话是怎么回事: There are two exceptions: First, if you spend at least one year outside the U.S., and then return with F-1 status. Second, if you change from F-1 to another status, spend at least a year in the other status, and then change back to F-1 status.
网上总提到H1四月份申请,十月份开始上班. 只有四月份才可以申请H1吗? 还是四月份申请有更多的优势? 通常公司都在员工用OPT保持身份,上班之后才给员工申请H1的吗?
有谁能介绍一下H1的具体申请程序吗?
