I came to US with F2, and transferred to F1. And then transferred to H1 last year when i got a job. I'd like to go back to China this summer and will be my first time to apply for the H1B visa stamp. Can anybody with experience tell me how risky it is with my case? and what kind of support documents will help? Thanks so much!
