My PERM application (EB2) just was certified by DOL last month (Feb, 06).
Now, I have to go to a different office to work. Although I am still working for the same company, the new office is in another state.
Our company lawyer told me I would have to repeat all the procedures to file a new PERM due to my relocation. This means I will waste a bout half year time and the cost for the previous work.
Is this right? Is this my only choice?
The company’s name is same, my work is same, just have to relocation. Can I have any chance to use my approved PERM to continue my I-140 filing?
I appreciate any help and suggestion.
