I have submitted green card applications for both of my parents, who currently live in China. The applications have been approved, and are being sent to Guangzhou for further processing right now.
My question is, can I invite them to visit me here in the U.S while they are in the middle of the process, or do I have to wait until they are given the visas, which could be a year or more time away from now?
