Labor RD 11/2001, AD 9/2003
140 RD 11/2003 AD 3/2005
485 RD 11/2003 AD 3/2006
We called USCIS CA center about 1.5 years ago at that time we though
our 140/485 should be approved. But was told by Immigration officer that the case were pending due to FBI name check and he also told us that the name check request were filed to FBI by them on 11/2003.
Tried to send letter to FBI two times to query and every time we were told that they woull let USCIS know once it was done. Meanwhile aslo asked Congress men to contact FBI twice, but didn't help. So we just wait and wait, finally got it.
