MY NIW based 140 was approved in California center Jan 4(2006), and PD is 10-10-2004, now I need move to Texax and work in same field. I consulted with my lawyer, he said I had to live in Texas for half year, then I could submit my 485 to Texas center. I asked mytwocents this question, he said I could submit my 485 to california center,and he didn't mention I need live in new place for half year then submit 485. xiaobaitu, please provide me more detail information.
