Hello everyone,

Several days ago, mytwocents posted a reply to someone's question saying, if you filed 485 before your PD becomes current and was accepted by INS, this case will be denied at the chance of 90% in the end. I have exactly the case like this. Can anyone share your idea on this. Thanks.

485被拒了后可以等到PD后在第一份485?

那当然不能锯了. 他的案子是在PD 不CURRENT时递的,肯定

可以重递485,140不会CANCEL.
