I have just received a letter from AAO saying my appeal for 140 has been sustained and will be approved. Here are my questions. Please help if possible.
(1) after I filed appeal, I re-submitted 140. This 140 has been approved. So right now I have two approved 140s.
(2) I filed 485 with my 1st 140. And that was denied with 140 as well. I heard
this 485 will be opened automatically. Is this correct?
(3) Since I also filed a 485 with my 2nd 140, I may have two 485s. How should do about this?
I want to use my 1st 140 since it has earlier priority date.
