Is there anyone who can help me with the following questions on Form I-539 (extension of my H4 visa)? I will be grateful for any advice and assistance.
My hu*****and has submit his I-140 and I-485 together with my I-485. We are still waiting for the USCIS decision. My H4 will expire in Nov 2006.

In view of my I-485 application, shall I be regarded as an applicant for an immigrant visa?

Should my hu*****and's I-140 application be also counted as my immigrant petition?
