I would like to get some help on my perm application, which is just start.
There is a difference in job advertise contents from company web and local newspapere. Difference is:
on local weekend newspaper, there is a description, which says the position requires applicant does not need work visa sponsor. But in the company web job ad, there is no such description.
The human resource dept does not discuss with me for details on job description.
Currently I hold H1.
I am not sure if this will affect my green card application approval.
