Hi Friends,
my parents came to us on B2 and first 6 months is to end soon. we have filed their 130 last year and wonder how they can legally stay in US to wait for decision on the 130?
if fortunitely 130 is approved, can they file 485 while their B2 visa has expired?
For now, we plan to file petition to extend thier B2 for another 6 months.
