I received my J-1 waiver application notice last month. I noticed today that the case type is I612, which is the form for EXCEPTIONAL HARDSHIP.My case is based on No-Objection. Could any friends tell me what case type is in your USCIS receipt? Is this for all the waivers? By the way, how long have you been waiting after you received your CIS notice? My notice date Feb 14, 06 at CSC.

I-612 is for J1 waiver, use same form for all grounds
