When the company filed Labor Certification for me, the job requirements were:
1.Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
2.Working towards an MBA and/or CFA preferred.
3.Two years of Investment securities experience and knowledge of quantitative tools preferred.
I have an MBA and another master's degree in finance, and this position is about investment. Can I file my I-140 under EB-2? But the attorney said "In order to qualify for EB2, the job must require either a masters or a bachelor’s plus 5 years direct experience. It is the requirements of the job, not the alien’s qualifications, that determine the classification." She plans to file my I-140 under EB3. The attorney has not been helpful at all. She is hired by the company.
