一般从登广告开始到PERM file上去，要多长时间？两个月够不够？

我的H1B 明年5/28 6年到期，广告最早下周日可以登，请有经验的朋友看看时间上够不够？听律师说，第一次登广告（假设4/2）后要等28天后才能再登第二次（4/30），然后要等30天才能online file PERM，这样我的时间就不够了。如果不够的话，有没有别的什么办法？
律师稀里糊涂地告诉我job order 1-2天就够了，结果要至少1周，本来这个周日可以登广告的。

我都快急疯了。谢谢！
