urgent: No FBI fingerprint report, what to do? monkey

We sent finger print to FBI 6 weeks ago for Canada immigration.
No report has been sent back and they even did not cashed $18 fee.

The deadline is coming in two weeks. Would do I have to do?
Ask buffalo to extend it?
