Do I have a choice for I-140? monkey_bay2006-09-16 01:15:48

I have a pending LC filed in 2001 and an approved PERM filed in Dec, 2005.

I am wondering if I have a choice to file an I-140 based on either PERM when EB2 485 is current or when pending LC is approved?
