H1-B 6th year expires Aug 2006
Labor pending filed in Mar 2004
Company filed for 7th year extension this month (02/2006).
Can I change my employer as soon as I get my extended visa till Aug 2007 ?
If my new employer files for labor before Aug 2006 will I be able to extend my visa for the 8th year using the 365 days pending labor application rule ?
