Since my wife and son's AP were rejected b/c we wrongly chosed Re-entry as you indicated, we have to be careful.
Questions: 1. Do we have to state in new application, that we were rejected once?
2. In Part 7, item 2, if the person intended to receive an AP is outside of US, provide the location (city and country) of the american embassy.... we are now in US, do we have to fill something in the blank of City and Country?
3. In Part 7, item 3, if the travel will be delivered to an overseas office, where should be the notice to pick up the document be sent: ....address
