I am canadian Citizen and got married in last May. Hu*****and is a American citizen. We filed I-130, I-765 and I-485 together on August 25, 2005 and added Medical form on 10/19 per INS request. UpToNow,they didn't approve any of my cases, not even my EAD (I-765).I am currently working under TN visa which will be expired this August.
I have requested several times in regards with my EAD and was told I should go local office in person in order to get it.
Does anyone know what kind of questions I should expect to be asked? Will they concern about my TN status?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
