Due to the company my H1B application material can only be ready in mid or late April. I am doing PhD right now but it will be likely too late to wait for graduation (in this August) in order to apply for the 20K cap, so I have to use my degrees earned in China.
Here are my question:
1. How long does it takes for USCIS to process nomral H1B application?
2. If I mail the application package around 4/20, do you think I need Premium Processing (likely I have to pay myself)?
3. Anybody knows how long last year's both 65K and 20K last in 2005, respectively?
I remembered the the 65K last from 4/1/2005 to 8/2005, while the 20K last from 3/8/2005 to 1/2006. Is that right?
