NIW denied 以后，appeal和要求reopen是不是一样呀！是不是也可以同时refile NIW? 现在还没有收到据信，但是根据大家的经验，我的NIW可能被据了。很苦恼，也不甘心，所以想鼓足勇气再申请一次。
