Responsibilities:
- Architecting, designing and developing a complex, massively scaled communication service
- Working closely with architects and program managers throughout Microsoft
- Directly contributing code for complex features.
Qualifications:
- Passion to create large-scale online systems and services & passion for technology
- Proven experience in C++/C# code development
- Familiar with DHTML, SOAP, XML, .NET Frameworks and .NET technologies (inc. C#, ASP.NET and ideally ASP.NET 2.0)
- Ability to independently architect, design and implement complex features
- A minimum of one year of software development experience with full release cycles of major software or Internet products
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent is required, and MS degree is preferred
