I had my I140 approval on 12/04, but as I changed employer, so I have to redo the I140 again, I assume my PD is still keeping the same as 12/04?
If I re-file I140 right now, could I file both I140 and 485 at same time?
I am holding Canadian passport, do I have any advantage if I apply CP after I got my I140 approval?

I would really appreciate any feedback.
