I am currently working at Company A holding H1-B visa. I just got a new offer at Company B and B will begin my H1-B transfer processing ASAP.
I planned to resign after I get the application number.
At the same time because A is merging with another company, I found out that HR of A will process Transfer(new company name) for all H1-B visa holders too.
Is it OK to have 2 H1-B transfer at same time? Is there any risk in this condition?
any suggestion is appreciated.
