My wife's I-130/I-485 is pending ( i am a citizen, we forgot to file I765 at the time)
She E-filed 765 last week and sent supplement document ( copy of I-485 receipt). Does she still need to call the service center to schedule an appointment for finger print ( we did finger print for I-485 months ago)?
Also, what should I do with our joint tax, she doesnt have a social security number as now?
Option 1: file tax extension, wait for her 765 to be approved ( get social security number), then file tax
Option 2: filed with W7 form attached for ITIN number for her
