---H1B can not be filed (applied) / extended by yourself, this is issue of the agency who hire you, you can asked a lawyer to do documentation or yourself do documentation, those just help the agency who hire you.
---H1B is agency (who hire you) dependent, leave the agency, you lost H1B, change company/agency, the new company/agency have to help you apply new H1B, or transfer you H1B quality.
