I filed paper-based application for renewal of my EAD. Since my I485 was pending at local office, I sent my application directly to the local, with a personal check of $180.
Later on I found from USCIS website that local office only accept money order, not personal checks.
SO far, I have not heard from local office yet. I was wondering what I should do? TO file another application to the local office or wait for their REF or do something else?
Please advise.
