I have a Canadian passport and my Chinese passport is valid until 2009 and I have a multiple US B1/2 visa on the Chinese passport valid until 2008. Can I go back to China with my Chinese passport? If you have similar experience, please share it with me. I know it is illegal by Chinese Laws, but I really do not want to apply for a Chinese visa because I live in a small town and quite far away from a Chinese Consulate like Houston.
