About Submission I140
The basic situation; I will lose my job (H1B still effective)within one month and cannot find new position in such short period.
Question 1 Can I stay U.S. for one month after unemployment state? probably not?
Question 2 i want finally to get chance to file my I-140 in case future opportunity, My I-140 is ready to go, I just want to know if I go back China and stay a short time and get visa again, I140 still work ?
