My wife's green card approved but we have not received card yet for 2.5 months, She has been back China, how she get back if cannpot receive GC, I've filed I-90 for GC loss but may need 6 month annd need biometry, She may never come back USA since she did not have CArd ot AP lose function, Anything I can do?? appreciate reply
