我朋友b-2来美国探望男朋友，海关那里给了半年时间，来了以后两人想结婚生活在一起。男朋友是h-1签证，工作后没有离开过美国，申请了绿卡，i-140已经批了，485的申请也递上去了，好像是去年9月递的。请问我这个朋友可以申请h-4签证吗？结婚后可以也file 485吗？是要h-4批了才可以file 485吧？
