一问: 接活时有没有评估?评估后有没有告诉"非常有希望","没有大希望", 等等?有没有明知没希望还要收$1500?
二问: 既然移民局要"SUBSTANTIAL ACHIEVEMENT"证据,你当时递材料有没有看出来证据不足?看出来还要递是不是不负责任?看不出来还吹什么水平高?此问也适用与RFE.
