i did my 7th year H-1 extension in 2004 based on pending labor application. However, INS gave me 2 years extension instead of 1 year extension, is there any problem with it? my first ead and 2nd ead has 3 days gap, is there any problem with it? i am still using my 7th year h-1 which happens to be 2 years.
