Hello

My I-14- based on NIW has been approved for several months. However, it has not reached me and has been already returned to USCIS due to my moving to other state. I called the Severice Center, they told me I need to file I-824 to get a copy of notice which I have to pay $200 for the application. I don't want to waste so much money.

My question is,

Is there any problem without the approval for the following I-485?

BTW, my 485 has been filed before Oct. 1, 2005.

What if I visit my home country before I get Green card?
