- Canadian citizen, currently on TD,will be expired this Sept.,
- h4 application is in progress, will be effective from Oct. 2006 if approved.
- Currently plan to visit China and come back from Chian to USA in Mid Oct., do I need to apply for a visa to enter USA when come back??
