But you did not get my meaning.

I mean I submitted my original petition in last September, and got RFE this February. I plan to submit my response in early May. My question is if they will transfer my case to other center. I submitted my original petition in last September (before April 1, 2006). But I will submit my response in early (after April 1, 2006).

Will they make their decision whether they transfer my case or not based on my original petition date or my submission of response to RFE date?
