Have been waiting for 3 years, I got my PERM finally. Not happy at all, because I have planned to quit the job and set up my own business before this. Now, what should we do? Keep working for the same employer and bare everything you hate to get the Green Gard or quit the job and apply for other type of visa to make my own business? Can anyone tell me how long I have to wait to get the Green Gard if everything is smooth? Also, anybody has the experience about EB-5 (investment immigration)? Is it easy to get if we have enough money? Thanks in advance.
